Okay —- I may be am insane but I want to do a 31 day challenge for August and am SERIOUSLY considering ….

….drum roll please…………..

100 sit ups a day

Anyone else wanna join me??

Over the month that would be 3100 sit ups !!

You can do it in increments of 10, 25, or 50…

They can be sit ups,…

I shall do them! 100 reps of core exercise per day. Ouch. But worth it.

Mine shall include: crunches, crunches on the ball, clam shell crunches, planks, etc. I’m excited!

COUNT ME IN! I will do crunches, crunches on the bosu, reverse crunches & the dreaded plank (how are we going to count these?)

I’m going to count every 20 second plank as ONE rep. Will work on ten of those a day. How about that. Crazy?!

It’s on like donkey kong. I’m so in.
